Terms of Service
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms apply when you book tickets on VacayTicket. By completing a booking you accept them. Please also read our Refund & Exchange Policy and Privacy Notice.
1. Who we are
VacayTicket is run by:
We sell tickets as a reseller. The tickets themselves are issued through our supplier, GlobalTix, by the attraction, tour or event operator (the "operator"). Your right to enter or take part comes from the operator, under the operator's own rules.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and are the total you pay. There is no booking fee.
- Some tickets cost more on weekends, public holidays and other peak days. The price for your chosen date is shown before you add it to your cart.
- The price in your cart is held for you. If a price changes before you pay, we tell you in your cart before you check out.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see your card or banking details.
3. How a booking is made
- When you choose Pay, we ask the supplier to hold your tickets. You then have the time shown on screen to complete payment; if you don't, the hold ends and you are not charged.
- Once your payment is received we confirm the booking with the supplier.
- Your booking is complete when we send your e-ticket. If we cannot confirm it after you have paid, we refund you in full automatically.
We send an e-ticket and a booking reference to the email you give at checkout. Please check your details carefully; the name on the booking should match the ID of the person using the ticket where the operator requires it.
4. Resident and visitor rates
Some tickets have a lower rate for residents of the country concerned (for example Malaysian MyKad holders). If you book a resident rate, every visitor using those tickets must carry the physical ID that rate requires. Operators check ID at the entrance and may refuse entry or ask you to pay the difference. We cannot refund a resident-rate ticket that was refused because the required ID was not shown.
5. Your visit
- Dated tickets are valid only on the date (and time slot, if any) you booked. Open-dated tickets can be used on any operating day until they expire.
- Opening hours, ride availability, height and age limits, dress codes and safety rules are set by the operator and can change. Please check them before you go.
- Operators may close an attraction or part of it for weather, maintenance or safety. If the whole attraction is closed on your date, see our Refund & Exchange Policy.
6. Cancellations, refunds and date changes
Each ticket's own rules are shown under Booking terms on its page before you buy, and they apply to your booking. Many tickets cannot be cancelled. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for how to ask.
7. Our responsibility
We are responsible for selling you the ticket you booked at the price shown and for delivering it. The experience itself is provided by the operator, who is responsible for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
8. Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password private; you are responsible for bookings made with it. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one shown when you paid.
10. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Please contact us first with any complaint at Contact Us; you may also bring a claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
