Booking & Fulfilment

When is my booking confirmed?
When your e-ticket arrives. After you pay, we confirm your booking with our supplier; the booking page updates on its own and you can leave it at any time.
How do I get my e-ticket?
- We email it to the address you gave at checkout, as a PDF attachment, with a link back to your booking.
- Tickets marked Instant e-ticket usually arrive within minutes.
- Tickets marked E-ticket after confirmation need the operator to confirm first. This can take longer; the ticket's page says so before you buy.
- Your booking page always shows your ticket and lets you download the PDF again, even long after your visit.
I haven't received it
- Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from tickets@example.com.
- Open your booking: use the link in the email, your account, or find it with your reference and mobile number. You can download the PDF and send the email again from there.
- Still stuck? Contact us with your booking reference.
At the entrance
- Show the QR code or e-ticket on your phone. There is no need to print it, unless the ticket says otherwise.
- For resident-rate tickets, bring the physical ID the rate requires (for example a MyKad).
- Arrive within your time slot if your ticket has one.
