Refund & Exchange Policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
The short version: each ticket follows its own cancellation and date-change rules, shown under Booking terms on the ticket's page before you buy. We never offer a refund or change that the ticket's own rules do not allow, except in the cases in section 3, where we always refund in full.
1. Cancelling a ticket
- "Free cancellation" tickets can be cancelled for a full refund up to the number of days before your visit stated on the ticket.
- "Cancellable" tickets can be cancelled before your visit date under the operator's own terms, which may include a charge.
- "Non-refundable" tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked.
A ticket that has already been used, or whose date has passed, cannot be refunded.
2. Changing your visit date
- Tickets marked "Free date change" can be moved to another available date up to the number of days stated on the ticket.
- Tickets marked "Fixed visit date" cannot be moved.
- Open-dated tickets need no change: use them on any operating day before they expire.
3. When we always refund in full
- We could not issue your ticket after you paid. This happens automatically; you do not need to ask.
- You were charged more than once for the same booking.
- The operator cancels your booking or closes the whole attraction on your date, and the supplier confirms it.
4. How to ask
Send us your booking reference through Contact Us, before the deadline shown on your ticket. We forward eligible requests to the supplier and tell you the outcome.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. We start the refund within 7 working days of approval; your bank or e-wallet may take a few more days to show it.
6. Resident-rate tickets
If entry is refused because the ID the resident rate requires was not shown, the ticket is not refundable. See our Terms of Service.
